9103 is an oil repellency agent for the paper industry. It is widely used in the fast food wrap-up paper, microwave popcorn and piza carton paper oil repellent treatment.
It is based on the C-6 short chain telomer technology(TFE polymerization tehcnology), it has no PFOS or PFOA concern.
