1401 Fracturing and acidizing clean up agent fluoro surfactant

Description

Fracturing and acidification are widely used measures for increasing oil production in oil fields. For example, in fracturing operations, guar gum, cross-linking agents, and ceramic sand are generally injected into the formation. Clean up agent is used in this process. Its main function is to break the cross-linking system of guar gum after the fracturing operation is completed, so that the injected liquid in the oil well can be discharged as much as possible, reducing damage to the formation. The lower the surface tension, the higher the efficiency of drainage.

Fluorine surfactants, due to their high surface activity, can effectively reduce the surface tension of liquids to below 25 dyn/cm in very low amounts (100ppm), making them widely used in oilfield drainage aid products.

1401 is a fluorine surfactant developed for oilfield drainage assistance. It has the following characteristics:
1) High surface activity and low dosage;
2) Good compatibility with other surface activities, can be used in acidic or alkaline systems;
3) Good thermal stability, suitable for temperatures exceeding 175C;
