9101 Mold pulp oil repellency treatment agent

Description

9101 is an oil repellency agent for the mold pulp industry. It is very easy to use in the wet-end with size agent to achieve the oil repellenct performance. 

This product is based on the C-6 short chain telomer technology(TFE polymerization tehcnology), it has no PFOA/PFOS concern.

Physical characteristic

Typical application process:

1)Smash the pulp, mix oil repellent agent as 101(1.0%wt) with pulp for 1-2 mintues;

2)Add size agent like AKD(1.5%wt), mix together for 1-2 minutes;

3)Pump the pulp to the mold machine for operation;   

 Note: wt% means the product weight by part of the dry pulp weight
